We transformed this empty outdoor space into a unique 1800’s influenced aesthetic getaway for the homeowners. The main tie-in between the pieces was the beautiful rugged Missouri Red Cedar we sourced from a Missouri sawmill. The bark still on some of the roofing pieces, we clad the shed with the custom cut cedar and built a herringbone patterned deck for easy relaxing. We built the custom doors to the shed on-site to fit.

The waterwheel was a very inspiring part of the project to work on. Taking a week on site to build, we custom engineered the structure out of plastic decking with additional structural support so it has a greater longevity than standard wood waterwheels. We also built the frame to support it, as well as a 60 foot landscaped creek to run underneath it.
